It should be up to the business whether to allow animals in. I know that I really appreciate that on a hot day I can bring my dog into the bank instead of leaving her in the hot car or tying her to a tree. However, my dog is well-behaved and on a short leash. I have to be careful, because other people may need actual service animals inside that business. I don’t want my dog to cause problems for them.
