When I lost my dog to cancer I planned to take my time finding the right next dog. I expected it to be several months. My wife had other ideas. She watched me, and only three weeks later she told me she had been checking Petfinder for me daily, and that we were going to check out the local shelters that day. Four shelters later, I took home my new furry friend, Jessie (pictured).
